Our consumable charge is £10 per half day funded session, this cost is made up of our delicious 3 week menu for breakfast, lunch, tea and all the fruit and snacks in between. Activities and resources including all nappies, wipes and sun cream etc. We have always offer fully funded spaces subject to availability where the consumable charge is not added for families in need, going forward, families can opt out of the consumable charge and everything that comes with it. To do this please email us for further details.
We now offer the opt-out option which will consist of a restricted set of hours during term time only sessions for 38 weeks of the year and children would not have access to the enhanced provisions as listed above. Families would also have to provide their own meals, snacks and drinks in line with our packed lunch policy . All other resources such as nappies, wipes, sun cream etc will need to be supplied on a daily basis.
Sessions will be as follows:
15 hours per week funding: Monday to Friday, 5 afternoon sessions, 1pm-4pm
30 hours per week funding: 5 days per week 10am-4pm
Both options are term time only, 38 weeks of the year (a reminder the funding only covers 38 weeks not the full 39 weeks that is the standard school year).
